Open Burning

The Town of Beloit has adopted the ordinances attached to this page in order to regulate burning in the Township. Open burning is conducted during the months of April, October and November. Burning hours are from 8:00AM to 8:00PM. While burning the fire must be supervised at all times and you must have the ability to extinguish the fire if it were to become out of control.
